Shipping & Collection Policy

At The Thornbury Deli, we currently offer in-store collection only for all orders placed through our website. Please review the details below before placing your order.

1.⁠ ⁠In-Store Collection Only

We do not offer shipping or delivery for standard online orders.

All orders placed through our website must be collected in person from our shop during our operating hours:

Monday to Friday, 7:00am – 2:00pm

We are closed on weekends and public holidays.

2.⁠ ⁠Order Cut-Off Times

Orders must be placed and paid for by 1:00pm to be ready for collection the following business day.

Orders placed after 1:00pm will be prepared for the next available business day.

3.⁠ ⁠Standard Collection Times

Please collect your order within the appropriate time slot:

Breakfast items: 7:45am – 9:45am

Lunch items: 11:00am – 2:00pm

If you need to collect outside these standard windows, please contact us by phone or email to discuss options.

4.⁠ ⁠Collection Instructions

Please bring your order confirmation (printed or digital) when collecting.

Orders will be available for pickup at the front counter of our shop.

If someone else is collecting on your behalf, please ensure they have the order confirmation details.

5.⁠ ⁠Bespoke Orders & Delivery Requests

While we do not offer delivery for website orders, we may be able to arrange delivery for bespoke or catering orders. If you would like to discuss a customised order with delivery, please call or email us.

We’ll be happy to discuss your requirements and provide a tailored solution where possible.

6.⁠ ⁠Missed Collections

Orders not collected on the agreed day may not be eligible for refund, especially for perishable goods.
